Bio
Hayim joined the Postdata AI advisory board in September 2026. An AI consultant and entrepreneur based in Haifa, Israel, he has spent three decades in the Israeli hi-tech industry on software architecture and machine learning: software engineering at IBM, research at Yahoo! Labs, predictive analytics at Pontis, data science for Perion Network’s Undertone and CodeFuel, and CTO roles at Dooiu and mrgn.
In 2016 he co-founded KashKlik, an automated influencer marketing platform, and ran Sales Advancer, its recommender systems division, which built custom recommendation engines that increase sales for e-commerce companies. Today he sits on the advisory boards of several early-stage startups and is Chief Maven & Connector at The Israeli Startup Factory.
Born in Rio de Janeiro, he studied Computer Science at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, immigrated to Israel in 1992 and completed his M.Sc. in Computer Science at the Technion, followed by doctoral studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Technion. He co-founded the Israel chapter of the International Association of Software Architects (IASA) and served as its president, was a member of ILTAM’s presidency, and is the author of a book on object-oriented programming. He writes about software design and machine learning at Effective Software Design.
